First Trimester Scan

We had an ultrasound today for our first trimester scan. Everything looked great. Baby D has 2 arms and 2 legs, and even seems to enjoy sucking his/her thumb....already! We hope that you enjoy the pictures as much as we did! Next ultrasound is January 26th, when we find out the sex. 

Baby D heart beat.

Here is a video of the heart beat, we keep getting 42 beats in 15 seconds, meaning 168 beats per minute. What are you counting? Let us know, everyone keeps saying girl!!

9 week Ultra sounds!

We're Pregnant!

Derek and I found out on Saturday, October 4, that we are expecting our first child!  We were so excited!  Even though we had been praying for a positive test, it was still surreal when it happened.  We went to our first Dr. appt. on November 4, and our first ultrasound looked great.  The doctor confirmed our due date of June 13, 2009.  Just in time for the end of the school year.  We'll do our best to keep this updated so everyone knows what is happening with our little Baby D.
